Scared to stop taking

I am convinced these two wonders are responsible for me getting through winter with barely a cold, looking (so I am told) far younger than my 59 yrs, and a very happy gut.
Love the taste as well. Happy to drink in just water but also enhances my smoothie rather than overwhelming it.
